Saturday Art Class

In this class, we’ll explore a different approach by using palette knives and sponges instead of brushes. Inspired by the artist Peter Coker’s use of the palette knife. Peter Coker was associated with the Kitchen Sink realist painters in 1950’s London. The subject is apples and other fruit, and in our arrangement placed on a mirror increasing the complexity of the composition.
